My Client are a games development studio
based in Leamington Spa with a team of over 90 talented individuals.
They are made up of a mixture of seasoned professionals from AAA
backgrounds as well as a number of young ambitious games programmers and
artists.

They have a number of award winning titles on a console
platforms and are best known for producing or PlayStation, Xbox and Wii
games.

Role: Motion Graphics Artist, Motion Graphics Designer, Graphic Animator, Graphic Design

Experience: 3DS Max, Cinema 4D, Maya, UI, UX, AfterEffects, Nuke

Salary: up to £50,000

Location: Leamington Spa. Commutable from Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Worcester

This can be either a permanent or a Fixed term Contract Role.

Responsibilities:
* Create outstanding quality Motion graphics concept artwork to agreed deadlines
* Produce Motion Graphic Artwork to outstanding quality standards.
* Be Instrumental in driving the overall look and feel of overall UI
* Making sure the art pipelines and best practices are in line with industry benchmarks.
* Be heavily involved in defining motion graphics requirements.
* Pipeline R&D

Skills and Experience:

* Creativity is the most desirable attribute above all else.
*
Excellent understanding of the principles and techniques of Motion
Graphics including timing, composition, typography, colour and lighting
* Film Industry, Advertising or VFX experience is a big plus
* Experience with 3DS Max or similar
* Experience with After effects, Nuke or Similar
* Excellent understanding of UI and UX principals
* Excellent understanding or Graphic Design principles and techniques
* Passion for Games

Development and Delivery

Provides technical management for the design, estimation, development,
testing, and systems integration across multiple projects from

Collaborates with internal and external architecture and infrastructure
teams to ensure alignment on design is achieved. Applies significant
knowledge of industry trends, security maturity requirements, standards
and developments to improve technical deliveries and service.

Reviews requirements, functional specifications and testing strategies.
Recommends alternative technical solutions to meet requirements more
efficiently, ensuring greater standardisation and reusability.
Recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.

Technical effort & Resource Management

* Liaises with
capacity managers, architects and third party service providers (e.g.
EPAM, Hosting, SQS, Mkodo & other) to consolidate and manage a

* Escalates Risks and issues as appropriate to Management.

Team Leadership and Development
* Provides guidance and knowledge transfer to peers, team of technical members, Business Systems and Service Delivery teams.
Experience:
*
Strong software development background with experience in a large scale
environment delivering core services as the foundational blocks for
business development
* Demonstrable experience working with offshore software development teams, defining processes and delivering on expectations.
* Experience working in a cross channel retail operation
* Experience in both bespoke (custom designed) software development and integration of COTS products
* Ideally experience in working within a PCI Compliant environment
* Ideally experience in working within a regulated gaming environment

Technical Skills:
